Meditation for Stress & Relaxation


I have found meditation to be very helpful since I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. No it’s not easy in the beginning but nothing in this world is easy. I use meditation to help with pain and just in my everyday life to lower stress. Stress kills. I have noticed that when I am stressed my symptoms are worse. Meditation has been extremely helpful. Give meditation a try and be very patient and loving with yourself.
